If you are interested in sustainable agriculture, check out You Can Farm, by Joel Salatin.  I am guessing that his other books are just as good.  You would prolly like Pastured Poultry Profits...if you haven&#039;t already heard of it.

So I&#039;m in Riverside and looking for some grass-fed beef that is raised locally and I can&#039;t find any to save my life...I confess, I am having farm dreams.  Do you know of any?
